Swimmers (improving upper body strength, explosiveness off the blocks, and more power in the pool.)
Baseball/Softball (improving speed, core rotational power, exit velocity, and more.)

Individual Training
Sometimes the group format just isn’t a right fit. As a trainer for over 15 years I have worked with populations of all ages and skills. Most recently with personal training I love taking on the challenge of helping a athlete in a specific sport. I’ve specialized in swimming, baseball/softball, diving, football, basketball, track and field, and volleyball (but not limited to). If you have a athlete that is wanting a more individualized approach I would be happy to consult with them and see what they need to improve in their sport.
Training Prices
Depending on Age, Need, and amount of sessions. We will talk about this at the first meeting.
