Adult Bootcamp
Class Types
Our adult boot camp is a 6 day a week program designed to help you improve both strength and cardiovascular fitness. We change it up often. Example schedule: Monday – Strength, Tuesday – Kickboxing, Wednesday – Strength, Thursday – Cardio, Friday – Circuit, Saturday – Kickboxing.
Our program is for beginners and intermediate lifters. We show a great deal of modifications!
Times are currently only offered in the morning – 4:15 AM, 5:00 AM, 5:50 AM, 7:45 AM, 9:00 AM
